For Homeowners who are in need of a short sale, Short Sale Plan's "Seller's Package" is the initial paperwork necessary for Short Sale Plan to begin working with you and your lender(s). Additional paperwork may be required depending on your lender's specific short sale requirements. Please print the "Seller's Package" and call the transaction management team if you have any questions at 888-265-5652. **There is no fee charged to the homeowner for our services**
