Course Description:
This is an education/training program for Real Estate Agents interested in increasing their knowledge of the Short Sale Process. Upon completion, the Real Estate Agent should be able to:
- effectively educate the consumer about the short sale process
- identify properties and sellers that qualify for a short sale
- understand the short sale transaction paperwork needed by the lending institution to submit a short sale package

Attendance Policy: Per the DRE guidelines, a Real Estate Agent must adequately attend the education/training program for at least 90% of the approved clock hours of 3 hours.
You may only miss 18 minutes of the course for continuing education credit.
Exam: You will have 35 minutes to complete a 25 question exam consisting of Multiple Choice and T/F questions. Open Book and your passing score must be a minimum of 70% correct
Dates of Classes: The course will be offered at least once per month in one of the following area: Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Riverside and/or San Bernardino. Information provided on
