In order for the transaction process to run efficiently, we are providing information to assist in determining if you have a client that qualifies for a short sale.
Step 2
Once you have determined that your seller is “pre-qualified,” and is ready to list their property with you:

- Fee for Seller: No upfront fee.
- Fee for Agent: 30% of Listing Agent's commission at the close of the transaction. We don't get paid unless you do!
Step 3
Upon receipt of the "Open Order Form," a representative from theTransaction Processing Center will contact you to answer any questions and forward the “Broker/Agent Agreement" (1st time only). The representative will begin working with your seller to expedite the “time sensitive” short sale process.

Short Sale Agent Education Information:
Shortsaleplan.com provides a DRE approved 3-hour course to educate real estate agents on the short sale process.
